CAL (Computer-Assisted Laser) Sample Transfer System
The CAL Sample Transfer System is a small semi-automated tube and microplate well selection system created to provide cost-conscious laboratories with an automated solution to help keep up accuracy, save time and improve sample tracking during targeted sample picking or pipetting. Rack and Microplate positions are easily changed to meet individual application needs. In a manual transfer, 90% of the time and most of the errors occur locating the source and destination of a sample. CAL drastically decreases sample location time and transfer errors by simply showing the user where to go. Productivity is substantially increased while worker fatigue and error is decreased.
