The The RECAP-8 is a very compact High - Speed Column Decapper / Recapper for Screw Top
Microtubes with SBS Footprint racks.
- Developed for full integration in automated liquid handlers. Works with computer commands; integrated PLC unit for maximum control.
- For Automatic Decapping / Recapping of 1 Column ( 8 Tubes ) in Row 1 to Row 12 from
the Tube Rack.
- By decapping only one column assay contact with the atmosphere and the danger for
contamination are minimized.
- Recapping capability. The Screw Tops match the restore Tubes and each receives the same
torque to ensure optimal seal quality and the important consistency.
- Currently compatible with Matrix and Micronic Screw - Cap Microtubes,
Nunc Cryobank vials and Bank It.
- Option Stand-alone Model with footswitch control.
