RECAP-96™ High Speed 96 Screw Top Decapper/Recapper Bench top decapper for 96-format Screw Top Micro tubes. Suitable for use inside environmental control cabinet. Compatible with Matrix Screw-Cap Microtubes and Nunc Cryovials. Recapping capability. Each cap receives the same torque to ensure optimal seal quality and consistency. Orientation sensor ensures rack is always loaded in correct orientation to avoid tube cross contamination. Less than 15 second cycle time.

A compact, high-speed whole rack Tube De-capper that can automatically remove and re-cap screw top caps from a full 96 or partial tube rack. The RECAP-96 De-capper can be used as a stand alone system using the simple to operate membrane key pad.

The RECAP-96 De-capper eliminates the need to manually remove the caps from Matrix Screw-Cap microtubes and Nunc Cryovials, dramatically improving productivity and reducing the risk of cross contamination and repetitive strain injury.

The compact De-capper includes the ability to dispose the caps or re cap the same caps back into the same tubes eliminating the need to manually re cap after the tubes have been sampled. The RECAP-96 De-capper requires only a mains power source for operation and fits easily within a Class II or Laminar Flow Cabinet.
