BioTower

The “BioTower” is a vertically integrated robotic workcell for larger laboratory processes. Adjustable shelves allow instruments to be placed in a vertical array, minimizing floor space. The heart of the machine is a four-axis Cartesian robot offering very high throughput and excellent repeatability. The robot uses the latest direct-drive linear servomotor technology for quiet and maintenance-free operation.

Designed for demanding 24/7 applications by engineers with an
industrial background in semiconductor robotics, the Verticell is perfect for a wide range of Biopharmaceutical applications.

There are four standard sizes offered with horizontal travels from 2 feet to 8 feet. Several environmental options are available including control of cleanliness, temperature, and humidity. Programming is very flexible thanks to the open-architecture software. A generic ActiveX is provided with several options available for integration and scheduling.
