A largem-scale automated workcell provides walk-away capability typically for a large number instruments, and is constructed as a standalone solution that exploits vertical space to increase efficiency and reduce the overall footprint. These systems have high storage capacity, high speed, and also provide a controlled environment for the entire system.

We use PAA’s OVERLORD 2 automation software, which has proven drivers for more than 150 instruments and devices. We combine this with the robotics that are best suited to the job at hand, such as robotic arms or stackers. We are a neutral third party integrator, so you get the luxury of choosing what brands and models YOU prefer to work with, rather than being forced into a single vendor’s products.
